Amendment 4

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Without any probable cause the TSA is violating the old man 4th Amendment right going through the metal detector.

In this video the man is being searched without any proable cause by the officer which is using excessive force on him. Violating the mans 4th Amendment right, because the officer didn't have a warrant or consent from the man to search his vehicle.
