Amendment 6

In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed; which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.

In this comic the old lady had been arrested but with the help of the 6th Amendment she has the right to
  • Right to speedy, public trial
  • Right to an impartial jury
  • Right to know charges against her
  • leading to her freedom and grocery shopping.

    In this comic strip you see that that man has been arrested. But his 6th amendment rights are violated because its been 3 weeks and he is finally told that he has a right to a lawyer, to a fair and speedy trail , impartial jury  and is still in shock because none of that happened in the beginning.
